Knoesis is a marketing intelligence platform built by Make Waves Media Co. It connects the systems a local service business already uses — phone, point-of-sale, website, advertising, and reviews — to show what's driving calls, customers, and revenue.

What the Knoesis app does

Businesses and their agency sign in to Knoesis to see one clear picture of their marketing: which campaigns make the phone ring, which calls turn into customers, and what those customers are worth. To build that picture, Knoesis — with each business's explicit consent — connects to the accounts the business already uses, including Google services such as Google Business Profile (reviews and listings), Google Search Console and Google Analytics (website and search performance), and Google Ads (leads and campaigns), alongside its phone and point-of-sale systems.

Knoesis uses connected data to provide reporting and recommendations for the business that connected it. With the business's authorization, its Google Ads connection also sets up an import of advertising performance data into Knoesis for spend reporting and supports reporting the business's own conversions back to its Google Ads account.
